　　一、小学阶段课程目标

　　Curriculum objectives in primary school

　　宏文学校的小学阶段课程着重形成学生良好的道德行为习惯和学习习惯，重点开展培育学生兴趣特长方面的素养教育，希望把学生陪养成人格健全、特长鲜明、基础扎实、思维创新、学贯中西，有国际视野和胸怀的全球化公民。

　　The primary school curriculum of Hongwen School focuses on the formation of students’ good behavior，learning habits, interests and expertise in literacy education. We hope to educate students with sound personality, distinct expertise, solid foundation, and innovative thinking. We provide a learning environment from both the East and the West, with an international perspective and mind of global citizens.

　　二、课程结构

　　Curriculum Structure

　　根据上海市中小学课程体系，本校课程由基础型、拓展型和研究型课程组成。

　　According to the curriculum requirements of primary and secondary schools in Shanghai, the curriculum of our school consists of basic, extensive and research courses.

　　基础型课程

　　包含语文、数学、英语、音乐、体育、美术、思品、科学、信息技术等。

　　Basic courses include Chinese, Mathematics, English, Music, Physical Education, Art, Moral education, Science, Information Technology, etc.

　　拓展型课程

　　包含如3D打印、音乐剧、体适能等多样的兴趣课，STEM、戏剧、体育、数学、音乐、美术的双语课程，宏文成体系的国学课程和大人文课程，游泳课程。

　　Extensive courses include many ECAs such as 3D printing, musicals, physical fitness, bilingual courses such as STEM, drama, sports, mathematics, music and art, macro-literary Chinese and Humanities courses, as well as swimming courses.

　　研究型课程

　　包含了每年两次的多层次研学课程。

　　Researching courses include multi-level study tours twice a year.

　　三、课程特色

　　Course Characteristics

　　双语双文化双通道：

　　为满足国内外的精英人才的培养目标，对于中英文授课根据年级做了相应比例的设计，其中STEM、戏剧、体育、数学、音乐、美术等均有双语课程。通过在宏文的系统学习及铺垫，学生和家长今后可以自主选择未来的规划方向。

　　Bilingual, bicultural and dual-channel: In order to meet the training objectives of elite talents at home and abroad, the corresponding proportion of Chinese and English teaching is designed according to grades. There are bilingual courses in STEM, drama, sports, mathematics, music, art and so on. Through systematic learning in HWS, students and parents can choose which direction to take their further education.

　　分层走班：

　　宏文学校的英语课在以上海版《牛津英语》为主要教材的国家课程基础上，增加了英美拓展阅读和线上阅读，融合了小学拼读教学法，重视写作、口语、听说能力并进，并在一年级就实施英文走班制分层教学。

　　Stratified teaching: On the basis of the national curriculum, Hongwen School has added extended English reading and online reading, integrated the teaching method of primary school spelling, attached importance to writing, as well as speaking and listening and abilities.

　　大人文：

　　以语文为中心，综合历史、地理等学科，整体提规划生人文素养。

　　Great Humanities: Take Chinese as the center, synthesize history, geography and other subjects, and improve students’ accomplishments as a whole.

　　大科学：

　　宏文紧扣《义务教育小学科学课程标准》，将教学融入到新奇有趣的动手实验任务中，学生在动手、探究、分享的过程中吸收知识。宏文强调科学、技术、工程、数学的先分科再整合。在硬件上宏文配置了3套理化生实验室、3D打印实验室和STEM实验室。

　　Science: HWS closely adheres to the ‘Science Curriculum Standards for Compulsory Primary Education’ and integrates teaching into novel and interesting hands-on experimental tasks. In terms of the hardware, HWS has three sets of physical and chemical laboratories, 3D printing laboratories and STEM laboratories.

　　大艺体：

　　宏文的艺术课程和室内外运动项目可以满足每一位学生自选5门以上艺术课(音乐和美术必修)及两门以上的体育课(游泳必修)。宏文的气膜游泳馆，聘请了前国家游泳队队员，为学生设计了按照泳姿分类的分层教学课程，以每位学生至少熟练掌握两种泳姿，而且周末也开设可自选的游泳训练课。

　　Big art: We can provide each student more than five art courses (Music and art is compulsory) and more than two physical education courses (Swimming is compulsory). Former members of the national swimming team are the coaches here.

　　活动：

　　学生参与一带一路、研学课程、艺术节、科技节、社团、歌会等丰富多彩的活动。

　　Activities: Students take part in all kinds of activities such as study tour，art festival, science and technology festival，etc.
