亲爱的全体师生、家长们：
开学在即，由于近期国内外疫情形势严峻复杂，根据国家疫情防控的有关要求，为全体师生的生命安全和身体健康，严格做好防控和开学准备的各项工作，秋季新生(一年级、七年级、十年级、全体老生及其他年级插班新生)的开学准备工作安排如下：
*特别提示：因为疫情安全需要，新生报到当日，家长不能进入校园。
Special note: Due to the safety requirements of the epidemic, parents can not enter the campus on the day of registration.
按照目前三亚市入学防疫要求，所有学生(新生/返校生)到达海南14天之后，方可入学。
According to the current epidemic prevention requirements of Sanya, all students (new students/returning students) shall arrive in Hainan 14 days before admission.

家长送学生至校门口。

班主任由学校门口集中班级学生并领至教室。
Homeroom teachers will gather and bring students from school gate to their classrooms.

班主任收齐入学注册材料。
Homeroom teachers will collect all admission materials.

班主任交代开学注意事项。
Homeroom teachers will inform students notice about school open days.
05
班主任送学生至学校门口，由家长带离学校。
Homeroom teacher will bring all students back to school gate and student can leave campus with their parents.
家长篇

缴费 Payment
现场：我校财务室会在校门口设置地点。
On-site payment: school finance will set up a temporary office space at the gate.
在线：转账或者扫描学校公户二维码。
Online payment: bank account transfer or QR code transfer.
02
注册材料准备
Admission materials
由新生携带所有材料，班主任统一收齐。
*住宿生需要准备的物资清单请联系招生办老师获取。
03
查询班级信息
Checking class information
新生班级信息会公布在小学部保安室旁边。
04
离校 Leaving campus
班主任带领学生参观教室、强调开学注意事项之后，统一带领学生到学校门口。请家长按照各个班级规定的等候区等待。
