　　美凯思的课程体系围绕IB PYP核心课程展开，形成”1+6+1”的完善课程体系。

　　The curriculum system of MKS is developed around the core of IB PYP, forming a “1+6+1” curriculum system.

　　IB核心课程强调通过探究式的方式进行概念学习。让孩子在主动探索中获取可迁移的知识。

　　什么是IB课程

　　IB课程即国际文 凭组织 IBO(International Baccalaureate Organization)，是为全球学生开设从幼儿园到大学预备的课程, 为3-19岁的学生提供智力，情感，个人发展，社会技能等方面的教育，使其获得学习，工作以及生存于世的各项能力。

　　The IB, also known as the International Baccalaureate Organization (IBO), is designed for global students from kindergarten to university preparatory courses, to provide students aged 3-19 with intellectual, emotional, personal development and social skills that enable them to learn, work and survive in the world.

　　IBO成立于1968年，迄今为止遍布150多个国家与5000多所学校合作，学生数量超过77万。与A-Level、VCE、AP等课程并称全球四大高中课程体系。而IB PYP则是IB为幼儿园到小学阶段专设的课程理念体系。

　　Founded in 1968, THE IBO has worked with 2,815 schools in 138 countries and has more than 770,000 students. With A-level, VCE, AP and other courses as the world's four major high school curriculum system. The IB PYP is a curriculum system designed by IB for kindergarten to primary school.

　　为什么中国的IB PYP幼儿园非常少

　　截止至2018年，IB在全中国认证的IB PYP学校不到60所。与其他课程体系不同的是IBPYP幼儿园必须经过IB官方组织(IBO)非常严格的审核才能获得认证。审核包括硬件设施，教师能力，学校管理，园所理念等等环节。因此IB官方认证的学校具有非常高的含金量，而成为IB候选学校则是我们为成为IB认证学校踏出的坚实一步。

　　As of 2018, the IB has fewer than 60 ACCREDITED IB PYP schools in China. Unlike other curriculum systems, IB PYP kindergartens must undergo a very rigorous audit by the IB Official Organization (IBO) before they can be accredited. The audit includes hardware facilities, teachers' ability, school management, the concept of the kindergarten and so on. Therefore, being an official IB accredited school is very valuable, and being an IB candidate school is a solid step towards becoming an IB accredited school.
