　　Q1：什么是VCE及VCE证书?

　　Q1: What does VCE mean ?

　　A1：VCE即：Victorian Certificate of Education，是维多利亚州高中教育课程，是衡量维州学生进入澳州各大学深造本科课程的重要标准，在世界范围内VCE证书是具有高价值之一的中学学历证书，并广泛地被北美、欧洲和亚洲国家的著名大学认可。

　　A1: VCE is short for the Victorian Certificate of Education. It is a certificate that most Victorian students attempt and they receive it on satisfactory completion of their secondary education. After getting this worldwide recognised certificate, students can apply for universities in Australia and other famous universities in North America, Europe and Asia.

　　Q2：请问这个项目是否通过澳大利亚的官方认证?

　　A2：是的。课程经澳大利亚维多利亚州教育课程评估署即VCAA审核。

　　A2: Yes, it is accredited by VCAA (Victorian Curriculum and Assessment Authority).

　　A3：学生在学习VCE课程中，英语听、说、读、写等方面的强化将渗透在整个教学过程中，学生在学习澳洲高中课程时全部用英文完成作业，并用纯正英文完成各种考试。从而使学生通过VCE高中课程的学习，比中国普通高中学生接触和掌握到更多的词汇，同时在英语听说读写实际应用上得到更多的锻炼和更大的提高，从而达到国外大学入学的英语要求。

　　A3: During the study of VCE, students will improve their English in listening, speaking, reading and writing. They have to finish their homework and write exam papers in English. Therefore, it will expand their English vocabulary more than those students in public high schools. At the same time, they have more opportunities practicing English so they can meet the admission requirements of different universities.

　　A4：完全能适应。学生一经录取，学校就会对新生进行相应的英语培训，让学生尽早熟悉英语授课模式。在外籍教师所涉及的课程上都配有中方助教，可以帮助学生更好地过渡到全英语课堂。

　　A4: Yes, they can. After they are enrolled, students will take extra language training so that they will be familiar with teaching in English as soon as possible. All the foreign teachers have Chinese teaching assistants so they can help students transfer into an English-speaking classroom.

　　A5：不需要再读预科。在完成VCE课程学习后，学生可以获得和在澳大利亚本土就读高中的学生相同的毕业证书，和澳大利亚当地高中生一样参加澳大利亚的大学联考，在同一录取平台上获得大学录取。

　　A7: Similar to Gaokao (College Entrance Examination in China), Australian universities set their admission standards on different majors according to the Australian Tertiary Admission Rank (ATAR), which is a selection rank that every student will get when they finish VCE.

　　Q8: Do you accept students whose household registration is outside Jiangsu Province or whose nationality is not PRC?

　　A8：VCE中澳班可招收非江苏籍或外籍学生，非江苏籍或外籍学生与江苏籍学生入学条件相同。
