慈善之光，闪耀大鹏丨RDFIS 第二届世界文化慈善嘉年华完美落幕

　　2021年4月22日，瑞得福国际学校第二届世界文化慈善嘉年华在各位老师及学生会的大力支持下如期举行。从这里走向世界，让爱心成为链接不同文化的桥梁。义卖现场热闹非凡，包含了25个不同地区，文化各异的国家主题。遍地美食与独具各国风情的工艺品都吸引着瑞得福的学子、老师及家长，玲琅满目的义卖街上，全是他们沉甸甸的爱心。

　　On April 22, 2020, the 2nd World Cultural Charity Carnival of RDF International School was held as scheduled with the strong support of all the teachers and the Student Union. From here to the world, love becomes a bridge linking different cultures. The bazaar featured 25 national themes from different regions and cultures. RDF students, teachers and parents are attracted by delicious food and handicrafts with unique national customs. The bazaar streets are full of their caring love.

　　刚结束了一天的课程，就已经有班级迫不及待地来到义卖长街上开始为他们的摊位做准备。顶着炎炎的烈日，一个个具有各国风土人情的装饰精美的摊位林立在校园景观大道上，各色各样的美食已然开始飘香，摊位上的同学热情的招呼着街上的老师同们，游走在街上的是各个班派发传单和试吃小样的同学们，每个人都在为这场公益盛会尽自己较大的努力。

　　As soon as the day's classes were over, some of the classes could not wait to come to the bazaar to prepare for their stalls. Each one of stalls were decorated with the local conditions and customs of various countries on the boulevard, a variety of food was already started to sell, and everyone is ready to do their best in this public welfare event.

　　摊位上有同学们亲手准备的特色美食包括凉面、烧烤、奶茶及各国特产小零食和饮料等。

　　At the booth, students prepared special food including Liangpi ，barbecue, milk tea and snacks and drinks from various countries.

　　以欧洲国家为主题的班级售卖着各色各样的欧洲美食及具有代表性的建筑纪念品和与当地文化特色相关的精美工艺品。摊位上充满了以绚丽多彩的历史、艺术、人物、及宫殿、教堂、城堡等 文化精华为集合的商品。

　　European themed booths sold a variety of European cuisine, representative architectural souvenirs, and exquisite handicrafts related to local cultural characteristics. The booths were filled with colorful collections of history, art, characters, palaces, churches, and castles.

　　以亚洲国家为主题的班级售卖着玲琅满目的亚洲菜系的美食，甜辣的东南亚菜系令人胃口大开，美味的东亚零食与玲琅满目的特色工艺品牢牢拴住了义卖节嘉宾的目光，走进了这些国家摊位，献出爱心的同时也更了解了当地璀璨的历史文明与有趣的传统文化沉淀。

　　Asian themed booths sold a variety of Asian cuisines, spicy Southeast Asian cuisines, and some characteristic handicrafts. This makes them give their love and understanding about the local history, civilization, and traditional culture.

　　以非洲国家为主题的班级售卖的特色的非洲烧烤，和与美丽的自然景观与灿烂文化遗产相关联的当地特色工艺品。拥有大量野生动物的非洲被誉为现代文明与原始世界完美结合的大洲。繁多的美味佳肴与各式结合的文化⻛俗都吸引着成群的顾客驻足。

　　African country-themed booths sold barbecues and local crafts. With a large number of wild animals, Africa is known as the continent where modern civilization and the primitive world are perfectly combined.

　　以美洲国家为主题的班级向大家展示着独特的美洲文化及名胜古迹。吸引人眼球的美洲特色工艺品凝聚了当地的文化精粹与独具特色的风土人情。国际化、多元化的大量出口的的小零食吊足了人们的胃口，没一会儿便售罄。

　　Booths with the theme of American countries showed the unique American culture and historical sites. Unique local customs attracted lots of students and teachers standing and watching. The products were sold out quickly.

　　以大洋洲国家为主题的班级以多样文化与开放艺术形式为摊位特色，多角度，多方位地通过当地美食与精美的纪念品让人走进结合野生自然与工业现代化相结合的大洲，大家了解这里的风土人情与风俗文化的同时献出自己的爱心。

　　Oceanian themed booths were decorated with diversified cultures.

　　第二届国际文化慈善嘉年华义卖阶段告一段落，七楼礼堂的义卖晚会与颁奖典礼才刚刚拉开帷幕。

　　The charity sale of the 2nd International Cultural Charity Carnival has come to an end. The charity sale party and award ceremony were held in the auditorium on the 7th floor.

　　今天，我们也荣幸地邀请到了非常学堂的院长林青女士。林老师曾是深圳市一所市一级幼儿园园长，2011年，林青老师作为志愿者参加“非常学堂”的公益教学活动。“非常学堂”是专门为贫困家庭患有先天性缺陷等疾病的幼儿开展教育活动的公益课堂。从那时开始，林老师利用周末时间，风雨无阻地到儿童医院为孩子们上课。在2015年林老师毅然辞去了高薪园长的工作，在非常学堂做了特殊儿童的教师，这个公益路一走就走了十年!很多特殊儿童十分爱戴林老师，见到林老师，总是叫林老师为“林妈妈”!瑞得福国际学校此次荣幸邀请到“林妈妈”为此次义卖盛会做发言总结。

　　Today we also invited Ms. Lin Qing, the dean of the Special Children Care Center. Ms. Lin used to be the principal of a municipal first-level kindergarten in Shenzhen. In 2011, Ms. Lin participated as a volunteer in the Special Children Care Center, a public welfare classroom that specializes in educational activities for children from poor families suffering from congenital defects and other diseases. Since then, Ms. Lin devoted her weekends to the Special Children Care Center to offer free-courses for the children.

　　In 2015, Ms. Lin decided to quit her job and became a teacher at the Special Children Care Center. She spent over ten years of this public welfare program! Many special children love Ms. Lin. They always call her Mommy Lin!

　　接下来是Leland校长,Mona校董与Louie李校长携手本次慈善嘉年华的善款支票颁发人非常学堂代表林院长致辞。此次国际文化慈善嘉年华共获得72013.02元捐款，其中荷兰、英国为国家主题的9B班和11D班以2525元的营业额与3140元的营业额分别获得第三名和第二名。以墨西哥为国家主题的12B班以3565元营业额荣获此次活动的冠军!此次慈善嘉年华所得款项将全额捐给非常学堂的孩子们。

　　Next, Mr. Anderson, Ms. Mona Zhang, and Mr. Louie Li granted the check to Ms. Lin, the dean of Special Children Care Center. This year's charity event had raised 72,013.02 RMB. The top three homeroom sellers were 12B ( Mexico ), 11D (the Netherlands), and 9B (the UK).

　　义卖盛会接近尾声，在程媛媛、叶雨萌、Grant liu、Owen Wang、陈慧、张瑾瑜的精彩表演后圆满落幕。祝儿童医院非常学堂的脑瘫儿童们身体健康，早日康复，让我们共同期待下一次的慈善嘉年华!

　　Christal Cheng, Christy Ye, Grant Liu, Owen Wang, Atlantis Chen and Alyssa Zhang brought us great performances. We wish all the best to the disabled children and hope they will recover soon. See you next year!
