深圳市罗湖区华美外国语学校是由深圳市金安教育集团创办的一所高端定位、中西融合、理念先进的九年一贯制全寄宿国际化学校。总规划占地面积55000平方米，建筑面积50000平方米。学校位于梧桐山风景区，设施设备，师资力量雄厚，服务个性。
学校实施IB理念下的“中西融合 华美人生”课程体系，由具有丰富IB教学经验的中外教师和国内学科带头人、骨干教师执教。该课程基于国家课程标准，融合国际课程元素，充分发挥两种课程优势。架构上，它包含国家基础课程、国际理解课程、未来公民素养课程。内容上，在坚守国家课程的基础上，围绕IB“自我认识”等六大主题，完成30个螺旋上升、依次递进的单元和多个项目探究。实施路径上，以学生为中心、以任务驱动为基础、以问题为导向、设计学习情境的跨学科项目化学习探究为课堂主要样态。同时，开设丰富的CAS活动课程。以发展学生核心素养为蓝图，培养核心素养、陶养个性品质、习养学识才艺、涵养精神智慧。提规划生自主、合作、探究学习能力和创新发展能力。实现价值引领、思维启迪、品格塑造三大核心任务。

王满英 校长
Principal Wang Manying
广东省中学语文特级教师，广东省首批中学语文正高级教师，广东省“名教师”， 全国优秀教师，“广东省王满英 长工作室”主持人，“深圳市王满英工作室”主持人，“广东省百千万人才工程”教育专家培养对象，广东省国际教育学会常务理事，深圳大学师范学院客座教授，全国工作室联盟常务理事。
1993 年调入深圳工作，来深工作已 28 年，先后在罗湖高级中学、罗湖外语学校、翠园教育集团·松泉实验学校等 6 所学校开展了卓有成效的教育教学和教育管理工作，具有高中、初中、小学各学段的教育管理经验，历任罗湖区红桂中学副校长、罗湖外语学校副校长、翠园教育集团·松泉实验学校校长、深圳市罗湖区人民政府督导室专职督学等职务。
